PostNet Westgate Mall

I went to PostNet at Westgate mall today. The worst place ever . The lady with the short hair tried to help but the other lady who seemed like a manager was not having it. Today I was there at 9 trying to get a booklet printed. Because of how busy it was I was shown a computer to use so that I can transfer and print for myself. Before printing I showed the lady there what I wanted to print and all was well the machine took forever to print but I was patient. Finally when it printed it printed wrong things. Then I left coz I was running late for work.

I was later told that it cdnt print and I can not get my money back. Like why am I paying for something that I did not receive? How is it my fault that the printer was printing wrong things?

I'm very disappointed and disgusted 😔
