PostNet West Coast Village is useless

I wish I could give this a zero.

The PostNet at West Coast Village in Sunningdale, Cape Town is absolutely useless. I'm beginning to think PostNet SA in general is absolutely useless. I posted a parcel on 03.11.2021, to another PostNet (Kathu Heritage Square), and it has not arrived yet. In addition, the Post Net Website claims the Tracking Number is not active, but I have the waybill to prove that it very well should be. The telephone contact on the website claims to be 'unreachable'. The staff have claimed they logged a call with the courier, but that was 3 days ago. No update.

I will definitely never use PostNet West Coast Village, or any PostNet. I hope someone can manage to help this company, and the franchises to pull their socks up. Because this is unacceptable to treat your customers like this.
