PostNet Waterfall Ridge- staff bad attitude 😒

I used PostNet Waterfall Ridge and forgot my flash drive. I went back to collect as I need the contents in it and of course its mine. David told me I should come back later as they are busy (all 3 staff members), I didn't appreciate the attitude and I asked for the owner's number.

I went out to call her, Aneesha/Amisha didn't answer her phone and I wrote her an SMS. I walked back to the shop to get the name of the person I was dealing with, only to find that the supposedly busy people are assisting new customers. Now the owner was supposedly on the phone with David discussing the issue.

I eventually left and the owner hasn't returned my call nor responded to my text. I shall not be using their service. All her branches Waterfall Corner and Kyalami shall be avoided.
