Postnet Umhlanga

Dear Postnet South Africa, I’m very aware that Postnet is a franchise and they don’t all conform to the same standards. However I’m am very disappointed in Postnet Umhlanga. It is a total rip-off I scanned and email 30 pages and got charged R160 even though the first batch was incorrect. They charge R2.50 per page to scan.

I use Postnet a lot for example Postnet Knowels, Postent ***ie Road and Postnet Kloof. I would have never got such terrible service at such a price.

I’m never going there and wouldn’t advise anyone on doing so.

I’m not a person for reviews, however this is just not right, borderline *****.
