Postnet Uitenhage - Complain and you will be asked to leave

I wish I could give zero stars, but I guess one will have to do.

Girl behind the counter first checked her phone prior to assisting customers and "not my problem attitude" when it came to collecting my study material. When the level of customer service was brought to the attention of management I was told by the owner that my parcel will be fetched so that I can leave the store as my rudeness is not appreciated.

My sincerest apologies for bringing your shortcomings as a private sector business to your attention. It was wrong of me to assume every business owner, who values their customers, is focused on improving the level of service provided.
