Postnet Track My Parcel

PostNet failed to deliver my parcel per instruction. Every time I called to track my parcel I got the following responses: 1. The driver could not get hold of the recipient. 2. The driver left without the parcel, or even worse. 3. The driver could not find the parcel.

They did not even notify me, I had to call each day to find out.
