Postnet The Glen Awesome Service and great Conflict Management

I have dealt with post net the Glen mall a number of times ,but this time sets them apart; 1)The senior management made sure that my needs are facilitated beyond the gnome and after hours. 2)The manager (Lerato) was exceptional in her way to deal with the conflict and how she was able to pacify the situation.It was an experience of a lifetime that will linger for very long ,more so because service is not forthcoming and south-africa on the whole in my opinion lacks dealy where this is concerned.So in summary I commend 'The Glen Post Net' on their service.
