Postnet terrible service, and no customer service

The worst service I have ever received. Broke my parcel, didnt contact me, I had to follow up after a week to be told the system has not updated, then my parcel broke. Promised me a call back, never happened. Contacted head office, they were as useless, promised me they will resolve the issue and never did. Do not use them for sending parcels. The service is non existing. Im horrified.
