Postnet terrible service

Hello Peter Wensday 20/11/2019 I went to postnet Durban and to courier an urgent parcel I paid for overnight package that was suppose to be in Kempton park yesterday at least latest at 12pm. around 14pm I called postnet customer care to track it they promise to call me back but they didn't. today it's a 3rd day still my client now cancelled the order. I need my full refund of R800 plus they must also compensate me on my loss since the client doesn't need the order any more. the postnet service is so terrible and disappointin. even now as I write to you no response from them frustrated Mpumi Durban
