PostNet Sunridge Village Worst Licensing Services

Worst experience! Please I don't recommend using this branch to do licensing. PostNet Sunridge costed me R750.00 extra to pay again for roadworthy and penalty fee for late registration and app**** with an attitude that its not their fault. All I wanted them to do is register my vehicle in my name the previous owner already did the change of ownership. On 8 September 2022 I gave them all the info they need for registration and you have 21 days to register the vehicle and the roadworthy test is valid for 2 months and till today 09 November 2022 NO PROGRESS and each time I called they always had an excuse like the paper work is missing or I need my ****en ID or change of address forms but I resend them each time and lastly ...their best excuse is I can only register the car in East London?? I chose PostNet to avoid long waits at the Post Office, Eventually I took my original documents and went to the Post Office and after 4 hours of standing in lines and in 30minutes I managed to get the vehicle registered. Although, I did have take an roadworthy test again and pay the penalty fee for an new licensed disc. PostNet owe me R750 and a days leave for wasting my time.
