Postnet sucks

I'm so disappointed with Postnet. It's my first time using their services and I will never ever do so again. 9 May 2019 a relative of mine sent me a parcel from Umtata to Johannesburg. It's the 16 May 2019 today and still I haven't received my package. I went there yesterday and was told that it's still on the way.
