Postnet Suck!

A parcel was sent to me from Welkom to Vanderbijlpark, they said it would take 2 days (Tracking number PNA***) It is now a week later and they tell me the parcel is now in Nelspruit, 500km's away from me.... No one wants to take responsibility for the mistake!
