Postnet *****s parcels. Disappointing service!!!

I must say postnet are ******. Still waiting for my “overnight” parcel from Friday. I’ve been sent from post to pillar & still not getting assisted. Not to mention their under skilled staff who makes it so clear that there’s nothing they can do with my missing parcel. I’ve been made to wait since Friday, it’s Monday today. How long does it take to locate a parcel & come up with solutions & a way forward if my parcel is really lost. I want that parcel delivered to me or reimburse me with the value of that parcel, I Have receipt. You are ****** ******!!!
