PostNet Silverton

I normally use PostNet Equestria in Pretoria East and the service there is always excellent. In happened that today (14 June 2023) at around 11:45, I was close to Silverton in Pretoria and so I decided to use PostNet Silverton which is a fairly new branch. I was assisted by a lady by the name of Bellinda, who also serves as a supervisor. I was appalled by her lack of respect in speaking with the customers. She was very rude to say the least, I am not sure if it's because she is a supervisor and she feels that there is no one else to reprimand her or what, I brought it to her attention that her way of speaking to the customer is not correct for service quality, she did not seem to care or to even apologize. It was really sad to receive such pathetic service from such a reputable brand.
