Postnet shipment lost

I had a parcel sent from postnet Pietermaritzburg on 19 March 2021, it takes 3 to 5 days, I went to Postnet edenvale after 5 days after checking the tracking reference number to say it was received by Dean at postnet edenvale.

When I got to postnet Dean couldn't find my parcel, he said he would contact the Postnet stores around edenvale and see if my parcel was there.

When I asked how this happens he said that the delivery drivers use his stamp and stamp the receiving paperwork for the shipments and that he doesn't check that all parcels are actually at the store.

After a month of trying to get my parcel and contacting head office for help.

Still nothing.
