Postnet service worse than the post office
So I sent a parcel from Hillcrest boulevard (Pretoria) to Port Shepstone, postnet to postnet on Monday 08/02/2016 today is 14/02/2016 parcel still not delivered. these people do not care at all they sent the parcel to PE by mistake it took them three days for the parcel to get to Durban, if they had any care for their customers that parcel should have been in Durban the very next day. Called the call centre several times, first Joshan promised me that the parcel will be delivered on Thursday 11/02/2016 parcel only arrived in Durban on 13/02/2016. then the manager Katlego promised delivery Saturday morning before 9am, well those were just promises as the parcel has yet to be delivered. Thanks for nothing potsnet my 5 year old daughter did not get her outfit on time.<br> <br> I will never use their services and will make sure that noone I know uses their services, maybe the Post office would have been a better choice.

The PostNet 2 PostNet service is a 2-3 working day service with an additional day in transit for outlying areas such as Port Shepstone.
As rightly pointed out by you, the delay was caused as the shipment was routed via Port Elizabeth in error.
