Postnet service is trash

I sent a parcel two weeks back via Postnet to an address in Mahikeng and to this day it has not reached it’s destination. No one knows where it is or even what is going on. It has gone from Witbank to Joburg to Kimberly to Capetown back to Joburg and yet no one, no eve Aramex can account for it because apparently that’s the courier they used. Absolute trash service!!!
