Postnet service is becoming like post office,I hope they fix it before it dies like it.

I’ve been a customer to postnet for 4 to 5 years now but it’s shocking how unprofessional one their stuff member at Vorna Valley shopping centre is,am a regular at this branch,I deal with mostly on daily basis since I have an online store,his name is Lucious, his attitude unprofessionalism is unbearable,I hope he can revisit his management training soon otherwise that branch will loose regular customers like myself.
