Postnet Seapoint - unacceptable!

Dropped off an important document on 22 June being power of attorney to be sent to attorneys; Postnet Sea Point lost the document, and we cannot get further originals as the sender left for overseas. Postnet washed their hands and we had to deal with Aramax courier. No response in finding this document from Postnet.
