PostNet Sandown- Cape Town

Postnet Sandown is charging people for an overnight service when they are operating on skeleton staff and are aware that they cant offer this service. They are refusing to refund the overnight fee. The staff there are rude and just looking to make money!

My parcel has still not arrived and it has been 3 days now.
