Postnet Salt Rock needs to Step Up

I had a very disappointing experience at PostNet Salt Rock. While the young man was assisting me, he was constantly interrupted to help the other staff, who showed no interest in helping themselves. The older gentleman didn’t even seem to acknowledge me, and the young woman briefly looked up at me, then went right back to her phone.

To add insult to injury, the young man refused to sign as a witness, which just made an already poor experience even worse.

PostNet Salt Rock really needs to come to the party and improve their customer service. Honestly, I wish there was an option to give zero stars because this experience didn’t even deserve one. I’ll be switching to Courier Guy from now on, as I’ve had much better service with them in the past. Avoid PostNet Salt Rock if you expect decent service.
