Postnet SA - Worst customer service Ever !!!

Just had the worst experience ever with Postnet Westville branch. The most rude and unprofessional staff I have ever come across. They need to go on a customer service course. I sent a package to Grahamstown on Wednesday 12th Aug. I tracked the package yest and it stated the package was in PE- attempted delivery and customer not available. When I queried this at the Postnet office westville, the manager said the website is not always correct and the staff phoned grahamstown branch and said the parcel Was there And a sms was sent to the customer. I informed them the customer is my husband and he didn’t receive a call or sms. They insisted that it was there and I’m causing a problem. They were very rude and acted as if I didn’t know what I was talking about. As I said the most unfriendly and unhelpful staff I have ever come across. NEVER will I recommend Postnet when sending packages. You will never know for sure if your package will arrive at its destination!!!!
