Postnet SA worse courier service ever
My 1st time of using Postnet and the worse experience ever. On the 3rd of July 2023 , I went to Postnet in Parow Cape Town to send a parcel that was meant to depart to UK on the 6th of July and for quick delivery I paid for 24 to 48 hours courier service Postnet to door but 72hours later I was told that there is no driver to deliver the parcel and the receiver should drive 40km to pick up the parcel at there warehouse. How pathetic can that Postnet be? Worse courier service ever...........

06 Jul 2023, 19:28The receiver drove 40km to the location and in getting there the Parcel was no where to be found and had to drove back. I regretted using POSTNET SA
