Postnet SA poor service and communication

We had a parcel from Postnet Hartenbos on 2021-09-06 (Monday), to Welkom. As stated on their waybill, the parcel was supposed to be delivered and therefor expected within the 2-3 working days (2021-09-09 - Thursday). When we enquired about the parcel on Thursday, we were informed that it is in the George depot. We raised our concern and on Monday, 2021-09-13, we received confirmation that the parcel has arrived in Welkom. Interesting how 2-3 working days turned into 6 working days, without any communication of any sorts.
