PostNet SA overnight delivery means delayed delivery!!!

I sent a parcel to my family using Postnet Waterfall Corner, I paid for overnight delivery on Monday 26/07/2021, to date the parcel has not been delivered. My family in Camperdown desperately needed the medication as the pharmacies close by were destroyed due to the looting. I am extremely disappointed at the service and lack of customer concern, not even an sms to inform the customer of what is going on. The tracking number is PN***.
