POSTNET SA is USELESS!!!!!!!

I had to pay additional fee to send an overnight package from Hartenbosch to Grahamstown. The recipient sat waiting the whole of today, no package was delivered and NO attempt was made to phone the recipient as she has NO missed calls. Called the branch in Hartenbosch, said there was nothing he could do. Told to phone POSTNET SA on *** and all you get is an automated response, no answer after waiting almost 6 minutes. Could have used another courier at half the price and had it delivered tomorrow. POSTNET IS USELESS.
