Postnet SA does not deliver package and does not answer queries

Hi.

I have sent a package from Postnet Mooikloof on 21 October 2025. It is now 5 December and the tracker show that my package PPG *** is still at Postnet Mooikloof. I have send several emails, website queries and phone calls. No one comes back to me. I have just phoned Postnet's call centre number *** and it is not being answered. It happened several times that this number was not answered but it is on their website.
