PostNet SA delivery of Christmas parcel which had been routed to Port Elizabeth instead of Port Edward

My initial problem with Postnet was a Christmas parcel was sent by us to Port Edward Natal and we tracked it to Port Elizabeth Eastern Cape. we were then informed that it had been located an was rerouted . The parcel eventually was delivered after Christmas ,
