Postnet SA - Blueberry

This complaints concern the Blueberry branch of Postnet. This is the third time that I have to chase a parcel sent to this branch. No call/WA from them. The last time, I left it for a week to test the system - NOTHING. SO I go to the shop, only to discover that all the parcels are in a shelf, no system - I stood for 20 minutes while they hunted for the parcel. So adieu, that was the last time. Your service SUCKS. In the end Courier man is slightly more expensive, but far more reliable
