Postnet SA bad customer service

I send a parcel from JHB to Rustenburg on the 29th January 25 and the last trace update was on the 30th January when the parcel arrived at Rustenburg.

The call centre number ***8 never gets answered and I am stressing about what happened to the parcel I sent
