POSTNET SA & ARAMEX Courier delivery failures

My Sister Used PostNet SA, Irene, Centurion to Courier me an insured package Tuesday 2nd Dec in Potchefstroom. PostNet SA and Aramex their courier delivery agent tracking system shows attempted deliveries Wednesday 3rd at 7,40 pm - Which is a lie, as I live in a Complex and hence have to receive a call for any deliveries and none was received (my cellphone Call log confirms no such calls). So I called Postnet Thursday who referred me to Aramex Vereniging and some gentlemen phoned me back, apologized and acknowledged NO delivery attempt was made Wednesday the 3rd and they would deliver the next day Friday the 5th. NO DELIVERY attempt was received Friday till today Sunday - YET their Tracking system now shows attempted and failed delivery Friday 7,33pm - WHICH IS A LIE! Phoned Irene Postnet today, who said they can only followup Monday - I want a insured value refund - this was a urgent delivery of a valuable & insured item.
