If I could give them a -10 It would have been great. They are the most expensive couriers and for the price one pays I would say we deserve a better service. One that is fast in replying to emails and it would help if they picked up their phones. It rings but they do not pick up. Takes days to acknowledge emails. One of the areas in the Western Cape, named Robertson have staff that cannot spell even if everything is written down for them, they still type it incorrectly on the system.
