Postnet sa

Good day i am disgusted in this services my package takes 9 days to come from lithuania then it comes at jhb postnet then it takes 8 days to leave there but someone there didnt do their job they had to change my international tracking number to sa tracking number they never did it now my parcel is at cpt postnet but non of these people can tell me where my parcel is but when i track it on my phone it shows its at cpt i think they should get people who can do the job properly
