Postnet - Southdowns Rude staff and a complacent owner. I arrived at Postnet at 8:30, the opening time indicated on their website, the door was closed but the staff were inside standing around chatting, one person was mopping the floor. I opened the door but the staff refused to assist me because, they said, they were having a staff meeting. I asked for the owner’s number and contacted her. She informed me that she’ll ask the staff to assist me but it’s difficult for her because the staff will report her to the CCMA if she forces them to open the doors before 9:00. 9:00 being the time the staff meeting was supposed to end. The extremely rude staff assisted me but refused to let another customer in. I am dumbfounded that a business owner will tolerate such behavior and alleged ‘*********’. Man up, take responsibility for your business, fight your case at the CCMA if needs be, employed staff with work ethic and pride. Complacency will be the downfall of your business.
