Postnet Robertson

I am very upset. Who gives courier companies the right to destroy packages if you have not been notified of the due to a typing error on PostNet side. And then you have to deal with an arrogant owner/manager. That think it is within his right to destroy packages if not collected. After he **** about phoning me. Which was impossible because they captured my number wrong. It was only captured with 9 numbers not 10. Where on the manual waybill it was all correct. This was my cars papers and he has destroyed it. How in the world does a company have the right to do this. Return to sender is how I understand it. So if you like what is in the package you just tell people it was destroyed and take whatever you like. Worst service ever
