Postnet Rivonia Review

I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience at this PostNet branch. Unfortunately, the service I received was disappointing. The staff member assisting me came across as dismissive, as though helping me was a favour rather than part of her role.

I had gone in for printouts and was surprised by the pricing, which was significantly higher than what I usually pay at the Sandton City PostNet. In addition to the standard printout cost, I was charged an extra R5 fee for using “Email and USB” printing, something I haven’t encountered at other PostNet branches, where you are only charged for the actual printouts.

When I politely enquired about the extra fee, I received a rather rude response. As I was still trying to engage, the door was abruptly shut in my face, I understand it was closing time, but the manner felt unnecessarily rude.

After checking other reviews, I noticed that similar concerns have been raised about the customer service at this particular branch. I hope this feedback helps prompt some improvements for the sake of future customers.
