Postnet randfontein sucks

Went to postnet randfontein on 27/01/2022 and posted a parcel for overnight delivery, which cost a lot. Parcel was delivered on 01/02/2022 late the afternoon. So how do they say overnight when it took 5 days? I am very disappointed and will not use then again.
