PostNet Queensburgh

Postnet Queensburgh did not notify me that my Police Clearance could be couried back to me when they informed me that they would. It was finalised on 11 June which was before the riots. I went back to the store several times to enquire about the situation and was told that they would call me. Last week I went back to the store to find out that no one had been making enquiries as to whether I could get the Police Clearance couriered back. .The person who I spoke to said that he knew nothing about it and that the person who was supposed to be making the enquiry no longer works there. He also informed me they had couried back other customers Police Clearance a few weeks ago. Yesterday I went back to the store to make a copy of the police clearance only to find out that she does still work there. This is unacceptable as I have lost extremely valuable time due to not being in possession of the Police Clearance earlier.
