POSTNET PAVILLION LACKS TRAINING

I went to the Postnet at the Pavillion, Pumla couldnt help me and their store manager Goerge Tally wasnt around when this incident happened they called him & he confirmed they cannot accept a valid passport if your a South African citizen to register for Police clearance, how is that possible Really yet PASSPORT WOULD HAVE THE EXACT THINGS AS ID. We left and I called through headoffice number which I found on their website and spoke to a gentleman and said they are Headoffice, they confirmed they lack training whoever told me that, I should be assisted with a passport even still.I went back and told them,this is what your headoffice said I can be assited with a passport, they still refused to not asist me, they told tell their systems operate differently and they will be penalised for asissting me with a passport. I believe its frustrating & this lady was rude and unwilling to assist. I am very dissapointed of the lack of service I received there,very unproffessional.
