POSTNET PATHETIC SERVICE

<p>On 8th of May 2017 I sent a mothers day gift from JHB (Fourways crossing branch) to DBN (Queensburgh branch).</p> <p>Delivery is supposed to take place within 2-3 working days.</p> <p>It's now the 16th of May 2017 and my parcel is still not delivered to my mum (Mothers day is now over).</p> <p>I continued to call the fourways branch and was told that my parcel was delivered to Queenstown in East London.</p> <p>I was promised that my parcel will reach my mum on 15th May 2017 and it's still not at the destination.</p> <p>The fact that they gave me R100.00 back is no confort- the gifts in the parcel are worth more than R100.00 and it;'s like no one cares that Post Net or their service provider- ARAMEX are even bothered.</p> <p>This is absolutely frustrating and absolutely pathetic service.</p> <p>I will never ever use Post net again and I wish to advise everyone that they should never use them as well.</p>
