Postnet Parkrand - ************* and Unreliable

On 23 October I had received sms notification that my parcel was ready for collection at Postnet Parkrand. I had gone to the store that same day at 5pm to collect but rather was told they could not find my parcel in store. I tracked the parcel myself and see that someone by the name of Precious has signed and collected MY parcel. I need answers immediatley as this is unacceptable. I was told by the women behind the counter that they would follow up with this issue and let me know the next day, I am still waiting.
