Postnet parcel not delivered to the receiving branch

I am very angry , I post a parcel from Krugersdorp to Maake plaza, when I check the parcel since the 22nd around 8h16 is still at polokwane, I don't even know whether is warehouse or what, when I asked at Maake plaza even the branch manager there doesn't have an answer for it. Postnet said their parcel rake 2 to 3 working days but this is more than that. I want my parcel to be delivered at Maake plaza, I trusted postnet but now I don't .
