PostNet Palm Court MIA

On 30 November 2021 I sent a Christmas package to Australia from PostNet Palm Court.

DHL managed to lose the package and told me that they credited PostNet Palm Court on Wednesday, 5 January 2022.

I have since been battling to reach PostNet Palm Court to confirm if they have received the money and also to confirm that they will reimburse me for the content of the package as nobody asked me if I wanted insurance.

I have sent them several emails and so has Sade Eiman from DHL.

DHL insists that I must follow up with PostNet (which I consider very unfair). Could someone please get back to me?
