Postnet Olivewood disappoints

Super disappointed with service at Postnet Olivewood I've taken some time to write this revies (which you can be thankful for). On the 21st of November I had to have 2 posters and a photo printed. The posters were custom size. I waited for quite a while because the employee didn't know how to do a custom size, eventually called the rude manager (didn't even have the decency to greet me) and he didn't know what to do either. Other customers came in and the guy that was busy helping me decided to go over to these customers without even informing me that someone else will help me. Whilst I resent the stuff another customer came in and as I was talking to the employee he just switched over to helping this guy and walked away to make a phone call. I eventually told the first employee that helped me that I need my stuff because it's for a market that I have to drive 30 min out for. We had specific set up times and I'm going to miss my slot. He apologized and the other guy came back. He took forever to help me and I got too ****ed to wait further for the custom sizes to be figured out. It's safe to say I'm never supporting you again at Olivewood. I'd rather drive out now.

The saddest part is that I preferred printing stuff there because the one lady made a lot of effort before. So I'm not sure if it's because I'm white and a female or did the company just have *** workers that day

Also. Postnet in Pierre van Ryneveld should just close it's doors. The two guys working there is not only rude but they take forever to do something simple.
