Postnet not returning calls or emails

On 25 June 2020 I went to Postnet Uitenhage to send a parcel to Burgersdorp. The lady told me the parcel will be there by Monday. I phoned on Tuesday, they say the warehouse had to be sanitized (thats fair). I sent emails and no answer. Tried to phone the postnet number no one ever answers. Ive given my number to the branch in Uitenhage and not once have they called me back. Its 15 July and the package has still not reached its destination. Very very very dissapointed in Postnet. After this I will never use their service again.
