Postnet not carrying after vehicle hijack

I sent a package (cellphone) via Postnet Humewood, the lady at the desk make a comment that I must take insurance just in case they get hijacked. On the day my parcel is supposed to reach the destination they call me to say, the transport that carrying my parcel was hijacked and now I have lost my parcel. They are now giving me a runaround about this parcel which it can't even be tracked on their system.
