Postnet Northern Suburbs, Cape Town, a waste of time.

I'll give you some background, one of my first jobs as a teenager was working for a Postnet. We serviced every individual that walked through the door with the same high level of curtesy, respect and pleasantness, regardless of how much you were, or weren't spending with us. We were also always fully stocked with packaging chips, bubble wrap, boxes and fragile stickers. If someone came in and asked for a single sticker or a handful of chips, we would almost never charge them. This was in Johannesburg during the early Millenia. Come to Cape Town and visit 3 different Postnets in the Northern suburbs and you're not greeted with any smile or curtsy. None of them had much of a variety of boxes, none of them had any packaging chips, only 1 of them had bubble wrap and not a single Postnet had a fragile sticker. What gives?
