Postnet Northcliff "pathetic"revenue generators!

My wife went into the Northcliff branch yesterday 22nd Mat 2018 to send a parcel off for me upon arrival and assistance she was told that the fee will be more than double because of the deformation of cardboard box that I have used to wrap the goods that I'm sending and that it has a small hole in it?? So an item that actually weighs just under 9kg they are now because of the slight deformation of the wrapped secured boxed going to charge us a 25kg weight cost!! More than double the original shipping amount I just want everyone to know that this is bad business practise and no were on any forms or Terms and conditions does it state that if a parcel is slightly deformed or has a small hola in it that Now you are going to charge more than double the rate !!!pathetic on your behalf and milking a neighbourhood that supports your so called establishment!instead you could have offered to sell a box appropriate to your specification and guaranteed it would not of costed more than R200 but where as the original shipping cost would of been R180 to over inflate it to R572 is just plain ******* and I will never do business with your company again seeing how you take people for a ride.
