Postnet NO Service

I had a package sent to me on the 19/8/2019 at 13.45 It arrived on the 21st. To date I have had NO notification, I eventually emailed them to be told "it arrived yesterday" and I was send notification. (not true) I asked for proof of notification, I could not be given this. No follow up calls - not a thing. My cell no is on the front of the package. They had no intention of advising me of the gift.
