PostNet no better than the Post Office

On 19 June, a parcel was sent through PostNet Glenfair, important documents bound for the Master of the High Court in Johannesburg. I used PostNet specifically because the post office's service is so bad. PostNet just dumped my parcel in the post office mail (for which they charged me extra, could have done that myself) and my parcel never reached its destination. I have already sent 4 queries and still no response. I WILL NEVER USE POSTNET AGAIN, not just for the fact that my parcel has not been delivered in 5 weeks, but also for the fact that they totally ignore all my queries. PS. If I could have given NO stars, I would have.
